Developing clear value stories and ROI arguments for diverse stakeholder groups
Full ownership of the sales cycle (Lead → Won)
Planning, managing and documenting all sales activities including forecasting, pipeline management and decision analysis
Ensuring structured multi‑stakeholder buy‑in and navigating complex decision paths within hospital networks and operator companies
Contract negotiation and closing in close collaboration with Operations and Customer Success
Market positioning & stakeholder influence
Building long‑term executive relationships and positioning medflex as a strategic digitalization partner
Representing medflex at professional congresses, industry events and committees to increase visibility in relevant networks
Feeding strategic market and customer requirements back to Product & Management
Requirements
Several years of experience in strategic, analytically driven roles – e.g. strategic B2B sales, Business Development, Account Management or top‑tier management consulting
Proven track record engaging with C‑level decision‑makers, including the ability to navigate complex decision structures, build business cases and convince stakeholders at the executive level
Prior knowledge of healthcare decision‑making processes is helpful but not mandatory – critical is your ability to quickly map complex stakeholder structures and to work confidently with topics such as budgeting, compliance and digitalization or to learn these quickly
You focus on impact rather than titles: you take ownership, drive initiatives independently and execute the decisive steps yourself – with a commitment to deliver measurable results and real progress
Strong conceptual and analytical skills – you understand clinical processes as well as business and financial contexts
Senior‑level communication skills, negotiation proficiency and executive presence
