Requirements

• Proven track record of winning new business, especially in structured or tender-led environments
• Experience in transport, insurance, fleet services, or public sector sales is preferred
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and building strong interpersonal relationships
• Comfortable working in tender-led / procurement environments
• Skilled in consultative, solution-based selling
• Proactive, resilient, and motivated by results.
