Proactively identify sponsorship opportunities with brands and via leading agencies for Electrify’s creators, positioning Electrify as a strategic partner and for long-term brand relationships.
Drive revenue by educating brands and agencies on Electrify creators' full suite of offerings, with a strong focus on unlocking new business opportunities.
Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Identify and connect with new brand and agency partners through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
Develop tailored proposals and packages for YouTube creators and branded content campaigns.
Conduct proactive outreach via email, LinkedIn, industry events, and personal relationships.
Track leads, outreach activity, and deal progress using internal tools and provide regular pipeline and performance reporting.
Stay ahead of trends in the creator economy, branded content, and digital advertising to inform sales strategy and partnership opportunities.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in sales, outreach, business development, or similar commercial roles (entry-level roles welcome)
Comfortable working in a high-activity, outbound-driven environment (e.g. outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked)
Strong interest in media, influencer marketing, YouTube, and the creator economy
Confident communicator with the ability to engage brands and agencies via email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage high-volume outreach across multiple creator channels
Eager to learn how to identify commercial opportunities and support partnership development
Positive, resilient attitude, comfortable with working at scale
Good understanding of digital advertising, brand partnerships, or influencer marketing
Existing relevant network is a plus
Any existing exposure to brands, agencies, or sales tools (CRM platforms, outreach tools, etc.) is beneficial
