Requirements
Clear and easily understandable German pronunciation and an energetic telephone manner
Strong willingness to learn, a drive to perform, and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development
Some sales experience, ideally 1–3 years in telephone cold calling
Preferably experience in sales within an agency or in a coaching/consulting environment
Your educational background is of secondary importance — what matters is that you already have sales experience and are motivated to develop further at Flatland Marketing.
