Partner closely with sales associates to determine the best product solutions for customer needs.
Deliver accurate and timely customer service through quotes, order entry, and account updates.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and service follow-up.
Coordinate deliveries, installations, and jobsite logistics with internal teams.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and ensure all updates, credits, and order changes are processed correctly.
Manage high-volume phone and email interactions while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Act as a liaison between builders, outside sales, operations, and internal partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Participate in ongoing Product Knowledge training to build technical expertise and support sales efforts confidently.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience
Project Management experience is a plus
Experience in residential building, construction, plumbing, HVAC, or related trades is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to demonstrate excellence in time management, independent problem-solving, handling multiple priorities simultaneously, and professionally de-escalating customer concerns.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Salesforce and DispatchTrack experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
Ability to quickly learn new products, systems, and processes.
Strong relationship-building skills and an aptitude for identifying sales opportunities.
