Provide technical and commercial guidance based on prospects' needs and the expected impact of the company's products, converting potential customers into recurring long-term commitments.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical-commercial consultations for prospects and existing customers.
Actively pursue new sales opportunities through multiple channels to expand the customer portfolio.
Develop commercial proposals for accepted opportunities (SAL).
Follow accepted opportunities through to deal closure.
Submit documentation requested by clients and complete forms for vendor onboarding or participation in tenders.
Represent the company at corporate events and in promotional activities for services and the brand.
Carry out actions to ensure achievement of OKRs defined by management.
Create account protocols and send them to the Administration and Finance team for activation.
Create account-opening or pilot tasks in Manager to activate new accounts.
Coordinate contracts and legal matters with the Operations unit.
Maintain regular contact with clients to promote retention.
Negotiate terms and conditions to secure successful deal closures.
Perform hand-offs of new clients to the Customer Success team.
Actively participate in sales meetings to support continuous improvement of the sales process.
Report sales progress to the regional leader during sales meetings.
Periodically support the development of new business with existing clients.
Provide input on commercial strategies when requested.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
4+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions.
3+ years in commercial roles participating in the full sales cycle, preferably with technology solutions such as ERP, CMMS, IoT, or manufacturing management software.
Advanced English.
Experience with CRM tools.
Experience negotiating with mid-market and enterprise companies.
Ability to negotiate contractual terms and commercial agreements.
Customer-oriented profile and ability to maintain strong relationships.
Ability to drive customer retention and a deep understanding of client needs.
