About this role
Role Overview
Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract closing
Conduct product demos to demonstrate the value of our software to prospective customers
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure an optimal customer experience
Use CRM systems to document and analyze the sales pipeline
Continuously monitor the market to identify new opportunities
Requirements
You have a consistent track record as a Sales Account Executive and bring 3 years of B2B sales experience
Ideally within the SaaS sector
Experience with hair, beauty, or spa businesses
Proven sales success, particularly in acquiring new customers
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex solutions clearly
Independent, goal-oriented working style with strong motivation to achieve targets
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is an advantage
Excellent German language skills at native level and confident English skills (minimum B2)
