About this role
Role Overview
Identify and develop new business opportunities within Consumer, Retail, Media, and related industries
Lead outbound sales initiatives and strategic outreach to target accounts through LinkedIn, email, industry networks, and other relevant channels
Own sales conversations and opportunity development from initial contact to signed deal, including discovery, shaping client needs, and proposal development
Use CRM and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others) strategically to manage pipeline, track opportunities, and support data-driven sales work
Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, clearly communicating the value of Futurice’s digital, data, and AI services
Contribute to developing our outbound process
Requirements
3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or consulting within technology, digital services, or advisory in the Nordics
Understanding of digital transformation, AI, or data-driven business models
Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes and building relationships with senior client stakeholders
Ability to structure opportunities, understand client needs, and translate them into compelling solution discussions together with delivery teams
Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business opportunities in complex B2B environments
Curiosity towards GenAI and emerging digital trends, and how technology can create business value for clients
Strong ownership mindset and proactive, hunter-oriented approach to sales
Fluent Finnish and professional English required (Swedish is a plus)
