About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement a global commercial roadmap across events, digital channels, licensing, and experiences
Create innovative monetisation models leveraging brand equity and IP
Build premium sponsorship packages for podcasts, live events, summits, and media
Negotiate and secure brand-aligned partnerships with corporate and wellness partners
Manage partnership fulfilment and ROI tracking
Identify and negotiate global licensing opportunities across wellness, lifestyle, education, and media
Collaborate with PR teams to secure speaking engagements, media appearances, and corporate collaborations
Requirements
Minimum 7 years in brand partnerships, commercial strategy, or licensing
Proven results in sponsorship sales, deal-making, and brand monetisation
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills at C-suite and celebrity level
Deep understanding of global PR, media value creation, and event positioning
Experience managing or producing premium events, masterminds, or experiences
