About this role
Role Overview
- Manage the company and subsidiaries' IT estate on a daily basis (approximately 900 workstations)
- Provide user support and advice for common software
- Receive, install and maintain workstations, peripherals and network equipment
- Ensure the security of IT assets
- Manage network connections: patching, configuration and documentation
- Manage access rights and permissions
- Manage VoIP telephony
- Maintain and track inventory of the IT estate
- Write procedures, explain them and verify their implementation
- Occasional travel to our branches
Requirements
- Degree in IT (BTS, DUT or equivalent, Bac+2/Bac+3)
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Windows OS, Windows Server; Linux and macOS are a plus
- Virtualization: VMware; Backup: Veeam Backup
- Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS
- Microsoft System Center, Azure, Office 365
- Networking / Switches (Cisco, Huawei)
- Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Good listener, attentive to the needs of different departments and users
- Strong team player
- Able to analyze and resolve problems of various kinds
- Rigorous, precise and methodical
- Able to train users with varying skill levels in a clear and pedagogical manner
- Understand technical English
