ERP Support Technician

Role Overview

• Receive and manage customer requests, provide a solution or escalate to the appropriate department, prioritizing according to urgency.
• Investigate and identify solutions to customer issues.
• Guide and assist customers in resolving incidents.
• Escalate to the appropriate team when the incident is outside your scope of responsibility.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through your responses and actions.
• Flag and report recurring calls or incidents.
• Perform activity reporting.
• Inform management of difficulties, disputes, or anomalies.

Requirements

• Degree or experience in accounting/management such as a BTS in Accounting or a DUT in Business and Administration (GEA).
• Ideally, you have initial experience in accounting/management or in user support.
• Knowledge of management/accounting software (business rules, workflows, configuration/parameterization).
• Curiosity and an analytical mindset.
• Strong teaching skills and customer relations.
