Support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offers.
Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, with guidance from senior team members.
Conduct first interviews with a strong focus on motivation, potential, and culture fit.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
Partner with hiring managers and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as helping create and promote job content, careers pages, and social media posts.
Support the preparation and presence at job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment, helping represent Qargo as an employer and engaging with potential candidates.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (internships count).
Strong interest in tech, SaaS, or working in a scale-up environment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a strong plus.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, you take initiative and enjoy growing your skills.
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
