About this role
Role Overview
Own and manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and close.
Identify and evaluate strategic market opportunities and key accounts.
Conduct discovery meetings with HR and operations leaders to understand their pain points.
Drive outbound prospecting initiatives and respond to inbound leads.
Collaborate with BDRs to drive qualified pipeline and ensure smooth handoffs between prospecting and closing stages.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to close opportunities and ensure smooth handover and implementation post-sale.
Maintain a clean and up-to-date CRM, forecasting accurately and reporting regularly on pipeline health and sales activity.
Stay ahead of regional market trends, competitor activity, and other local nuances.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in HRTech, Internal Communications, or SaaS.
Demonstrated success managing complex sales with HR, People Ops, HRIS or Internal Comms stakeholders.
Strong familiarity with the EMEA market.
Mandatory English and Spanish; Italian, French or Portuguese are a plus.
Comfortable using CRM, sales enablement, and prospecting tools.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a consultative selling approach.
Highly proactive, autonomous, and passionate about helping companies create better workplace experiences.
