Role Overview
- Full-cycle hiring across 3 markets (France, Spain, and the UK)
- Own end-to-end recruitment for IC and Manager-level roles
- Manage a dual scope: Tech role: Backend, Frontend, Data, Platform and Go To Market roles: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing teams
- Act as a strategic hiring partner to managers across three markets
- Contribute to TA team initiatives beyond your own process.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally across both tech and Go to Market profiles
- Fluent in French, English, and Spanish and can run a full hiring process end-to-end in all three languages
- Comfortable with an ATS (Teamtailor or equivalent)
- Data-driven: using data to drive conversations and decisions, not just to report upward
- Organized under pressure
- Genuinely coachable.
