Own and develop a regional B2B service-sales pipeline as part of the Business Focus Team.
Analyze customer needs and translate them into tailored TecAlliance solution proposals.
Drive the full sales cycle end-to-end, including closing and structured after-sales follow-up.
Build long-term customer relationships through consultative selling and trust-based engagement.
Ensure clear documentation, CRM discipline, and structured customer communication.
Requirements
Experience as a sales professional.
Strong consultative mindset with the ability to translate technical input into business value.
Confident, self-organized, and comfortable working as individual contributor towards personal sales goals.
High willingness to travel regionally in Benelux countries.
Business-fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus.
Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
Experience in automotive aftermarket, IT, or a related B2B environment is a plus, but not required.
