Work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan, execute, and deliver multiple marketing and development projects on time and within scope
Act as the primary day-to-day liaison with account managers at external development companies
Translate internal marketing strategies and requirements into clear, actionable briefs
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure external partners are hitting their deadlines
Review deliverables from external agencies to ensure they align with the initial project scope and marketing goals before presenting them to the Head of Marketing
Proactively identify bottlenecks, communication gaps, or timeline risks and escalate them with proposed solutions
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in project management, specifically within a marketing, digital, or tech environment
Proven track record of successfully managing external agencies, vendors, or partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between creative marketing teams and technical developers
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities without dropping the ball
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com) and a comfortable understanding of digital development processes
