About this role
Role Overview
Take ownership of proactive lead generation and pipeline development for Switzerland and Germany
Identify relevant contacts and stakeholders in target companies
Coordinate initial meetings with the sales team
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and partners
Maintain all activities and contacts in the CRM (HubSpot)
Represent xorlab at events and webinars
Contribute to and continuously improve BDR processes and tools, playbooks and best practices
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in outbound sales (BDR/SDR/Inside Sales) within the B2B software, IT or cybersecurity space
Proven track record in lead generation and booking meetings with enterprise customers
Familiar with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and modern sales tools
Strong interest in IT security and a basic technical understanding
Strong communicator across all channels – written, by phone and in person
Self-organized, structured working style with a pronounced hunter mentality
Fluent in German (spoken and written) and business-fluent in English
