About this role
Role Overview
- You will have direct client contact from day one and take on your own responsibilities early on.
- You advise entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals and private clients on all aspects of inheritance law.
- You develop tailored solutions for wills, inheritance contracts, gifts, waivers of compulsory portions (Pflichtteilsverzichte), etc.
- You represent multinational clients in court proceedings and in out-of-court disputes.
Requirements
- Successfully completed law examinations
- Interest in practicing law in an entrepreneurial/business-oriented environment
- Excellent English skills
