Role Overview

• Advise and support mid-sized companies and investors from Germany and abroad
• Counsel companies, their shareholders and management
• Support and represent clients in court proceedings, out-of-court disputes and arbitration

Requirements

• Successful completion of the state legal examinations (or equivalent qualification)
• Interest in practicing law in a business-oriented/entrepreneurial environment
• Business-fluent English skills
