Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams
Actively solve client challenges and help improve processes as we scale across Europe
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or managing client portfolios (preferably in SaaS, hospitality, or delivery platforms)
Customer-obsessed — you deeply care about client outcomes and long-term relationships
Detail-oriented and structured — you follow up, follow through, and stay on top of multiple moving pieces
Strong communication and relationship-building skills — clients trust you
Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance dashboards
Commercial mindset — you can spot upsell opportunities, understand client needs, and push for adoption
Problem solver — proactive, resourceful, and fast at unblocking issues
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Fluent in Spanish, with strong English (B2+)
