Role Overview

• Support the Social team by evaluating and recommending opportunities for cultural moments and community strategy
• Monitor social conversations and competitor engagement across channels
• Test engagement strategies on select channels
• Provide recommendations on communities and topics for Shake Shack to engage with

Requirements

• Rising college juniors and seniors
• Experience with social media management
• Ability to monitor social conversations and engagement strategies
• Familiarity with community strategies and cultural moments
• Strong analytical and recommendation skills
