About this role
Role Overview
Financial accounting: You are responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets accounting, and the general ledger
Preparing and reviewing outgoing invoices and processing incoming invoices are part of your duties
You execute payment transactions and monitor outstanding items
You act as the point of contact for authorities and insurers
Legal Operations: You coordinate incoming requests and recurring tasks and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
You manage and maintain the contract management system Ironclad (deadlines, renewals, archiving)
You create basic contract templates and support contract reviews in coordination with the General Counsel
You ensure compliance with data protection requirements (GDPR) in day-to-day operations, update the data source registry, and document processes
Executive Assistant: You prepare complex content in a clear way and communicate it appropriately for different audiences
You organize internal department meetings
Requirements
You have completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, office clerk, tax clerk) or hold a comparable degree
You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally with SAP knowledge (SAP ByDesign)
You have a basic understanding of legal matters and contract management – a legal qualification is not required
Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is a given for you
You have strong organizational and structuring skills – you always keep an overview
A high degree of discretion and reliability in handling confidential information distinguishes you
Your keen eye for detail is outstanding; you enjoy and excel at spotting small differences
Your excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize set you apart
You work independently, proactively and in a structured manner and are comfortable handling complex issues
