Manage full-cycle medical billing, including claim submissions, follow-ups, denials, and appeals
Review and process NOAs (Notices of Admission) for accuracy and compliance
Perform home health agency billing, ensuring adherence to payer guidelines
Utilize ALORA software for billing, documentation, and tracking
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Ensure claims are accurate, complete, and compliant before submission
Meet daily KPI of 45 claim follow-ups per day
Upload, track, and organize Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
Assist with administrative overflow and operational tasks
Provide executive support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Answer and manage calls using Nextiva VoIP system
Respond to patient inquiries professionally and promptly
Provide receptionist-level support when needed
Requirements
Proven experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management
Hands-on experience with home health billing and NOA review
Familiarity with ALORA software is a strong advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
Clear English communication (written and spoken)
Relevant experience in healthcare billing/administration
Willingness to provide NBI or Police Clearance if requested
Fully available during working hours (no other clients)
Comfortable attending video meetings with camera on
Reliable computer (laptop or desktop)
