Support the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business
Responsible for maintaining customer profiles in CRM including adding new customer and uploading documentation to ensure customer information is accurate and up to date
Collaborate with other departments to process the sale effectively from new order to completion with a focus on ensuring high customer satisfaction
Responsible for all sales order documentation entries into CRM including contracts, order confirmations, measure documents, order verifications, etc..
Monitor, track, and ensure all appropriate financing documentation is accurate and uploaded into customer file (financing documentation, receipts, etc..)
Track new sales and complete regularly scheduled reporting on financial KPIs for sales operations leaders
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Requirements
1 year of related professional work experience required
Strong attention to detail and have high level of organizational and administrative skills
Proactive mindset and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to complete tasks to meet deadlines
Previous CRM experience preferred, but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
