Manage HR indicators, preparing weekly, monthly and annual reports with comparisons to previous years and periods;
Monitor activities carried out in the North and Northeast regions;
Support operational activities with local HR teams and consolidate data for regional reporting;
Quantify data and managers' requests and relay them to the regional HR coordination;
Consolidate requests and communications from the Regional HR Coordination;
Develop dashboards and visual panels for management of indicators.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
Availability to intern 6 hours per day;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Knowledge of the Power BI analytics tool;
General knowledge of Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive).
