Collaborate with Training & Development managers to understand program content and translate it into learner-friendly formats.
Use digital platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) to design brand-compliant micro-learning assets, including job aids, quick reference guides, and reinforcement materials, that are visually engaging and serve as easy to follow learning support tools.
Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices in interviewing.
Support the Sales and Wage & Hour Interview Team in mapping and documenting the complete interview process.
Create interview guides, workflow documentation, and support resources to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance.
Requirements
Ability to break down new and complex information into simple, digestible learning content and/or structured workflows
Familiarity with digital or creative platforms such as Canva, Adobe Express, PowerPoint, or similar tools, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office
Creativity and attention to detail in layout, formatting, and visual design
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to collaborate with HR teams, managers, and subject matter experts
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Education, or a related field
