Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple HARMAN locations across Europe
Write and post job ads on relevant platforms, proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
Research talent pools and build candidate pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs
Pro-actively identify qualified candidates through multiple sources, including employee referrals, social networking sites, alumni, internal transfers, networking, etc.
Manage candidate records and workflows using Workday and Avature ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate fit and interest as well as coordinate interviews across departments and time zones
Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, TA leaders and other stakeholders
Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop and implement plans for sourcing and support with recruiting strategies
Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
Participate in recruiting projects as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in corporate environment
Experience with internship and early career hiring
Experience managing the recruitment process via an Applicant Tracking System (Workday, Avature etc.)
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience or knowledge of employment practices in EU
