Thorough understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
Ability to support ticket resolution across multiple Epic modules.
Skilled in leading end‑user learning sessions and facilitating meetings.
Growing knowledge of IS functional areas such as networking, security, telecom, servers, infrastructure, and interfaces.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multiple teams.
Proven experience leading activities such as huddles, lean initiatives, peer training, and end‑user support workflows.
