About this role

Supervise the Billing and Accounts Receivable teams across Mexico and Peru
Oversee end-to-end billing and receivables processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Ensure consistent application of organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Provide structured performance management, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
Drive operational accountability, balancing workload distribution and ensuring goals are met
Support organizational continuity by providing leadership depth in case of manager turnover or business expansion
Drive process efficiency by standardizing and monitoring billing procedures
Manage performance to strengthen team capabilities
Act as the escalation point for complex issues
Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
CPA or MBA preferred
Eight (8) years of accounting experience
Three (3) years experience managing teams
Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
Proficient with MS Excel and Power BI is preferred
Fluency (speaking and writing) in both Spanish and English
Availability to support additional hours as needed, including occasional weekends
