Requirements
At least five years’ experience in a business development role, ideally within professional services, property, construction, legal or financial services.
Understanding of how relationship-led businesses grow and how to position expertise effectively.
Confident leading bids and proposals, with experience managing content libraries and systems such as Loopio.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines without compromising quality.
Commercially astute and proactive in spotting opportunities, trends and cross-selling potential.
Comfortable in senior environments, able to attend client meetings and support partners with presentations.
Experience improving processes and systems, particularly CRM implementation and reporting structures.
Collaborative, creative and forward thinking.
