Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and locations.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Proactively source and engage talent across all business areas, building strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates.
Provide consultative insights, feedback, and recommendations to support hiring decisions and workforce needs.
Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage a diverse requisition load, often including specialized or global roles.
Leverage social media, employer branding strategies, and creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, global experience preferred.
Prior agency experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence hiring decisions across all levels of an organization.
Proven success in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with Workday Recruit is a plus.
