Develop and implement diverse sourcing strategies for senior technical roles, including referrals, postings, direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping
Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders across Technology and Data to drive effective selection and hiring decisions
Build and maintain strong pipelines for future technical hiring needs, including Senior Software Engineers, Senior TPMs, Data Science, and Engineering Management roles
Screen and assess candidates to evaluate technical skill set, experience level, and overall alignment to role requirements
Manage, maintain, and support recruiting processes and tools to ensure consistency, best practices, and a positive candidate experience (while identifying opportunities for improvement)
Provide timely, transparent communication and proactive follow‑up with both candidates and hiring partners
Assist with or lead recruiting initiatives and projects that support technical hiring priorities and continuous improvement
Requirements
5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
Proven success recruiting for senior‑level technical positions such as Software Engineering, Technical Program Management, Data Science, or Engineering Leadership
Strong track record of developing effective sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑find and highly competitive technical talent
Experience advising and influencing hiring managers on role definition, leveling, interview strategy, and hiring decisions
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while building trusted relationships with peers, HR partners, compensation, and senior hiring leaders
Proficiency with modern recruiting technologies, including ATS platforms and sourcing tools
