Identify new market opportunities, analyze target segments, and develop tailored acquisition strategies.
Monitor market trends and competitive developments, derive sales opportunities, and drive business development initiatives.
Engage directly with potential customers through needs analyses and customized solution proposals.
Manage the entire sales process – from lead generation to closing.
Support and expand existing customers through appropriate service offerings.
Build and strategically develop strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to strengthen presence.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Psychology, a technical degree with a sales focus, or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of pre-sales experience in IT consulting.
Proven track record in new customer acquisition and in building sustainable customer relationships.
Deep understanding of market analysis, strategic business development, and sales-driven growth processes.
Ability to influence at decision-maker level with strong communication, confident presence, and negotiation skills – fluent in German and English.
