About this role
Role Overview
Active acquisition of new clients and strategic development of market and business areas
Identification of new market opportunities, analysis of target segments and development of tailored acquisition strategies
Conducting needs analyses and developing customized solution concepts
Managing the entire sales process – from lead generation to closing
Building and strategically developing strong, long-term customer relationships
Monitoring market trends and competitive developments and deriving sales opportunities
Participating in trade shows, industry events and networking meetings to strengthen our presence
Developing innovative growth strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Psychology, or a technical degree with a sales focus, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Relevant experience in a consultancy-intensive and/or technology-driven environment—preferably in consulting
Proven track record in new client acquisition and building sustainable customer relationships
Deep understanding of market analysis, strategic business development, and sales-driven growth processes
Strong communication skills at the decision-maker level, a confident presence and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales management
Excellent German and English skills as well as proficiency in MS Office (including PowerPoint)
