Preparation and publication of job advertisements
Support throughout the entire application process: CV screening, interview coordination and candidate communication
Conducting initial HR screening calls (under guidance) and working closely with hiring managers
Training & development
Coordination of internal trainings, including organization, communication and scheduling
Organization and participation in New Member Day as well as support in the content preparation and execution
Requirements
Completed advanced training in human resources and practical HR experience in a similar role
Enjoy working in a broad, generalist HR environment and handling a wide variety of topics
Strong appreciation for administrative tasks and motivation to complete processes accurately, in a structured and reliable manner
Strong hands-on mentality and willingness to work pragmatically in day-to-day operations
Excellent written and spoken German and English; French skills are an advantage
Confident user of MS Office; experience with HR tools (ATS, SAP or similar) is a plus
