Role Overview
- Manage the onboarding steps associated with transitioning candidates to new hires
- Be the front-line face for daily employee support in answering general HR questions
- Responsible for data management within HR information system
- Performs quality checks and regular audits of employee personnel data
- Processes terminations in HRIS
Requirements
- Bachelor degree is preferred
- 1-4 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Experience using an HRIS
