Content Coordinator

Role Overview

• Manage digital communications across the client’s resort, brewery, tourism, and golf brands
• Post and update content across websites and social media platforms
• Ensure accurate information is available on all platforms
• Coordinate and send email newsletters and campaigns
• Maintain a structured content calendar for timely posting
• Enhance cross-brand efficiency by leveraging overlapping audiences
• Maintain a distinct brand voice and ensure cohesive messaging

Requirements

• 2+ years of digital marketing or social media management experience
• Proficiency in managing website content using CMS platforms such as Squarespace or WordPress
• Experience coordinating and executing email marketing campaigns
• Strong writing and content scheduling skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, weather-driven environment
• Passion for outdoor recreation, tourism, and hospitality marketing
