Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers for open positions across various business areas.
Use creativity and persistence to source candidates in a competitive talent pool to build a strong talent pipeline in different expertise.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and VPs, to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Develop a deep understanding of the business, job responsibilities, and the required competencies, skills, and knowledge for successful applicants.
Master our internal applicant tracking system (Ashby) to maintain candidate data and post job openings.
Contribute to the execution of strategic HR projects on a global scale, including but not limited to: Global Onboarding, Global Talent Management, Training and Development, Engagement Surveys, and Global Retention initiatives.
Requirements
3+ years of in-house recruitment experience across diverse business areas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proactive, hyper-organized, effective with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Adapt quickly to new tools and changes.
Experience with Ashby or any similar ATS (or you’re excited to learn!).
