The professional will be responsible for visiting Tomodachi customers, as well as conducting parts inspections at distributors.
Must analyze and monitor product return or warranty rates when requested.
The professional will receive planning support through a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool.
In the CRM platform, it will be necessary to log all technical visits made during the day, as well as complete and record visit forms.
In addition, the professional should develop and maintain a close relationship with customers, providing valuable feedback to the company on product performance and customer needs.
Requirements
Experience in customer negotiations, field sales work or at automotive dealerships/auto repair centers.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts/suspension.
Proficiency in Excel and analytical ability to interpret market information and customer data.
High school diploma.
Preferably technical courses/technologist programs or university degrees in commercial or technical fields related to mechanics.
Basic English.
Residence in the Rio de Janeiro region or nearby areas.
Availability to travel.
