Overseeing HR operations and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Compliance with all employment related legislation and regulation
Supporting the implementation of HR strategies that support the business objectives while fostering a culture of engagement and performance
Champion change initiatives and improve employee experience
Delivery of initiatives in talent & reward management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
Utilizing HR metrics and analytics to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction
Supporting employee development programs and succession planning
Leading and managing daily HR operations to ensure efficient procedures and processes are followed
Implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals, legislative and industry regulations
Overseeing talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
Managing employee relations to address concerns, foster a positive work environment, and ensure employee satisfaction
Collaborating & supporting management to develop a robust talent pipeline
Facilitating performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
Acting as the primary point of contact for escalated HR issues and challenges
Identifying areas for improvement in HR processes, tools, and practices; ensuring alignment with the division, Project managing to deliver group initiatives locally and regionally as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
Master’s degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, or an MBA will be advantageous
Professional HR certification such as CIPD Level 7, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR (strongly preferred)
In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance standards relevant to the region
Deep knowledge of labour law and collective labour relations in Germany and CEE
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., IFS,Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior HR leadership role
Proven experience in: Leading HR operations and strategic initiatives across multiple business units or countries, Project managing HR programs or change initiatives at a regional level, Driving process improvements in HR service delivery, systems, or compliance within a regional or multi-country context, Partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, Managing and mentoring HR teams across different locations or functions, Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development, Strong track record in employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management, Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
