About this role
Role Overview
Build and maintain detailed financial models for target companies and transaction scenarios.
Conduct valuation analyses using DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company multiples.
Lead and support cross-functional due diligence processes.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including legal, finance, product, and business teams.
Assist in deal structuring, negotiations, and integration planning.
Support long-term corporate strategy development and execution.
Prepare board materials, investment memos, and executive-level presentations.
Work closely with executive leadership and business unit heads to assess strategic priorities.
Maintain relationships with bankers, VCs, founders, and other ecosystem players.
Identify and evaluate M&A, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
4–6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting.
Demonstrated experience in transaction execution and due diligence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for technology and strategic growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; or MBA.
Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and value-driven strategies.
Proven ability to build and manage senior relationships across financial, commercial, and government sectors.
Exceptional financial modeling, research, and analytical skills, with a knack for turning insights into recommendations.
Passion for market trends, innovation, and competitive dynamics.
Highly self-directed, with a track record of independently owning and delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
