Win new business: You identify new brands and products using clear criteria, proactively approach decision-makers, negotiate, and close deals profitably.
Manage the pipeline: You prioritize deals, define the next steps, keep your forecast up to date, and work closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
Ensure CM backup (Category Management): You keep selected brands stable in day-to-day operations (e.g., until handover) and step in as cover when required.
Use data smartly: You test data-driven triggers/lists with us (e.g., competitor launches, new products, country/price checks) and measure what actually works.
Requirements
Sales drive & ownership: You aim to close deals and work so that nothing is left outstanding.
Analytical skills: Excel/Sheets are second nature; you independently build simple business cases.
Structured approach: You prioritize clearly, document thoroughly, and drive topics to completion.
Communication & negotiation: You are clear, reliable, and professional — both internally and externally.
Completed degree (field flexible) or relevant professional experience. Drive and problem-solving ability are decisive.
Nice to have: Experience in B2B sales/business development, category management, key account management, procurement, or e-commerce/marketplaces; CRM/pipeline handling.
