About this role
Role Overview
Provide consultation to internal clients through people and management services (recruitment and selection, performance evaluations, training and development, internal communication, engagement and culture, management of metrics, internal audits, compensation and labor relations, personnel administration processes, among others) in order to ensure client satisfaction, compliance with the company’s code of ethics and policies, and the achievement of predefined goals and results.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Communication, Social Work, or Human Resources
Postgraduate degree preferred
Microsoft Office package (MS Office)
