Serve as a trusted advisor to the CPO and senior leadership, providing strategic counsel

Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, managing priorities, tracking progress
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of high-priority business initiatives
Support the CPO and P&C Leadership Team in preparing for executive meetings
Provide oversight for key business functions, ensuring that the people strategy is translated into actionable steps
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior People, Culture, or HR leadership role
Demonstrated success operating at a strategic level within People & Culture, ideally in complex or matrixed organisations
A people-centred mindset with high emotional intelligence, resilience, and a commitment to building inclusive, high-performing teams and cultures with an emphasis on collaboration and communication
Solid operational, planning, and governance discipline
Skilled in project portfolio management, prioritization, reporting, and maintaining effective governance across multiple ongoing change initiatives
Background in Leadership & Development or organisational capability
Advanced strategic thinking and execution capability
