Conduct end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes, from aligning the role profile with leadership to presenting offers and closing hires;
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, supporting role definition, market mapping, diagnosing challenges and decision-making;
Perform strategic, proactive headhunting—especially for technology roles and more complex profiles—mapping talent in target companies and the Tech ecosystem;
Develop attraction strategies aligned with business needs, the role’s seniority and market context;
Ensure a positive, consultative experience for candidates and hiring leaders throughout the entire selection process;
Monitor, analyze and report recruitment indicators and KPIs;
Generate data-driven analyses and insights to support decisions, identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements to the recruitment funnel;
Support the design and evolution of processes, policies, rituals and Talent Acquisition best practices;
Strengthen employer brand positioning in partnership with internal teams;
Operate with autonomy, ownership and strong prioritization skills in a dynamic, high-growth environment;
Serve as a technical reference for the area, bringing market insight, trends and recruiting best practices—especially within the Tech domain.
Requirements
Solid experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment & Selection;
Experience with end-to-end processes, managing operational, corporate, strategic and higher-complexity roles;
Strong background in strategic sourcing/headhunting, particularly for technology positions;
Experience recruiting in Tech companies / startups / scale-ups or fast-paced, transformational environments;
Experience analyzing recruitment data and metrics, tracking KPIs and translating numbers into practical actions;
Consultative approach with leaders, influencing decisions and supporting profile and market alignment;
Excellent communication, organization and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously;
Hands-on mindset with autonomy, a sense of urgency and focus on high-quality execution;
