Role Overview
- Partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract and acquire top talent
- Using advanced recruiting tools and techniques to acquire top talent
- Executing the best candidate attraction strategies
- Conducting initial phone screens with candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout entire recruitment lifecycle
- Promoting Stryker’s brand positively
- Providing hiring teams guidance and consultation on recruitment process and best practices
- Driving the hiring process tactfully
Requirements
- 3+ years Talent Acquisition experience, ideally gained within a fast paced MNC environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to utilize data to influence
- Someone who is comfortable leveraging recruitment tools / technologies
- Exposure to hiring into multiple Asian countries preferred
- Fluency in English essential, Mandarin/Cantonese/Korean skills also advantageous
