Talent Acquisition Intern

Role Overview

• Support both mill operations and corporate offices by assisting with recruiting, engagement, and candidate experience initiatives
• Assist with posting jobs internally and externally
• Screen resumes for hourly mill roles and corporate administrative/professional roles
• Coordinate interviews, plant tours, and onsite hiring activities
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process
• Prepare interview packets, schedules, and follow-up communications
• Assist with new hire orientation materials
• Maintain organized documentation, trackers, HR files, and candidate notes

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
