Support the planning and execution of user research studies.
Help prepare research materials, including surveys and discussion guides.
Assist with qualitative and quantitative data analysis with guidance from a mentor.
Summarize research findings into clear, actionable insights.

Participate in research presentations and team knowledge‑sharing sessions.
Gradually take ownership of research tasks as skills and confidence grow.
Lead a research study or capstone project toward the end of the internship.
Requirements
Be a currently enrolled student pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Design, Anthropology, or a related field of study.
Demonstrate experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews, or surveys through coursework, projects, or other internships.
Experience with survey or research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or similar) is a plus but not required.
Showcase an interest in understanding how research supports real-world product development and demonstrate curiosity about generative AI tools and their role in improving user experience and driving product innovation.
Possess an interest in understanding user experiences and improving how people interact with digital tools.
Possess effective written and verbal communication skills to document findings and share ideas clearly.
Exhibit solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with an openness to learning new tools and methods.
Be results-oriented and detail-oriented, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives while effectively managing multiple concurrent projects and adapting quickly to changes.
