Role Overview
- Responsible for the day-to-day operational support for the risk management program.
- Working closely with the QA Risk Manager in coordinating risk analysis.
- Prepares weekly reports for all departments and branches.
- Maintains the development of the complaint management process.
- Supports the risk management program by analyzing audit exceptions and findings.
Requirements
- Associates or better in Finance or related field.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet, and Email.
- Understanding of related legal requirements.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience.
