About this role

Owns the Ecommerce vision, strategy, and roadmap, in alignment with Ivoclar’s Sales strategy.
Defines business KPIs for revenue growth, conversion, customer adoption, customer lifetime value, and engagement.
Ensures state-of-the-art Ecommerce capabilities, including personalization, omnichannel integration, mobile-first design, and seamless checkout/payment processes.
Manages the full lifecycle of Ivoclar’s Ecommerce platform(s): planning, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Prioritizes market business requirements and oversees development of new features and in collaboration with IT and Digital Excellence.
Establishes robust monitoring and reporting of platform performance (traffic, conversion, churn, etc.).

Deep experience in international Ecommerce strategy, operations, and platforms (B2B and/or B2C).
Strong knowledge of global digital sales channels, customer experience design, and omnichannel integration.
Proven track record in driving digital revenue growth.
Business acumen with strong focus on customer needs and market trends.
Skilled in stakeholder management in a global, matrixed organization.
Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into business improvements.
Strong understanding of underlying sales and logistics processes (order-to-cash, CRM, ERP integration).
Visionary yet pragmatic, balancing innovation with execution discipline.
